Having trouble DATA Please help

Post by junie » Sun May 03, 2009 9:41 pm

After I save my data into my folder, then how do I save it to Encore Pro Analyzer?

You don't have to. Pro Analyzer looks at the SQL data base where Encore Pro saves it. Just be sure your name is selected in the little box in the left top corner and the SQL Server is running.

Plug the card reader in
Start up the software
Double click on "you" as the patient
Make sure that your card is in the reader (blue side up and up side of reader has the logo on it)
Click on download data (left hand side)
Click on smart card reader (comes up after download data)
Box comes up (make sure that it says smart card going to be returned to same patient)
Click ok
Wait for the software to download your data
View report lets you see it (with Pro you can get it again at any time by clicking on the interaction date)
Keep Compliance Data (will keep it on your card in case you have to show it to your DME or Doc)
Click ok
Next box left hand side gives you a full details option, click that
All data or date range (up to you which one)
Click ok and wait
Report appears on your screen.

now for my stupid question (software should be delivered this week). I read in one thread - can't remember which - that the card only holds/stores data for about 7 days. Is that correct? If so, you would think that software and card reader would be part of the package so data can be given to doc or dme. hehehe - like they ever check in with the patient.

But seriously, is it true that the card only holds data for one week?

One week of detailed data more than less, with the "M"agic "M"s it tends to become less. They do hold more compliance data. Jim
