As always, there's no such thing as a perfect mask for everyone...or maybe even for anyone.

Of all the full face masks that I've owned (and there are a bunch), the zzz-Mask is the only one that works well for me most of the time. It's the only one that has never left a red mark on the bridge of my nose. I agree that the headgear needs some serious redesign and the swivel does pull away from the mask (or push in, in your case) but that has only happened to me two or three times over the past year or so. Putting it back together is nearly impossible in the dark so when it comes apart, I usually turn off the machine and head for the bathroom where I can see to put it back together and not to wake my bride in the process.

I make it a point to keep the hose where my arm won't normally snag it during the night and that has pretty much solved the problem. I'm a side and back sleeper but I've never had the swivel push inside the mask. I'm guessing that either your arm falls across it or maybe that it's pushed in by your pillow.

I'd rather not wear a mask at all, and this one ain't perfect, but so far it's the one I can best tolerate after three years or so on xpap. I do want to try your headgear recommendation one of these days. Thanks for suggesting it.
