Cough Assist

I use a cough assist machine on a regular bases , And Well Duh ! I just figured out that adding my oxygen concentrator via a hose splitter even works better . I am slow but I am catching on.

I think one side effect of CPAP therapy is "forehead bruising".

I was not thinking very quickly or clearly the last couple years, and now that I am on CPAP therapy, and thinking much clearer, I keep slapping myself in the forehead and saying, "Well duh!"

So many things in my life seem so much clearer these days!
