Well, at least we know that 1.4 is more different than 1.2 than I first thought.

I guess that if the manual does not apply to the software then your supplier should remedy that.

In the meantime. if you want more detail, I suggest you print out the wave form report, as that may well give you the detail you want.

I am a bit baffled. I did try to uninstall the software and re-install it. I might try installing it on another computer just to see if the icons show up or not.

If anyone using Sandman v1.2 could let me know if they have zoom icons, I would greatly appreciate it!
