Question for ALL ref. insurance codes for software pkg

My insurance pays 80% of almost everything (within reason) once OSA is diagnosed, and an insurance code is listed on the invoice.
can anyone tell me who has ordered thier software and reader pkg from an online company (cpap.com) etc. do they list the insurance code on the invoice and what is it?
the only codes i see that they could be listed under is:
A9900-Misc components of accessory items OR
E1399-Misc durable medical equipment items.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
