One step at a time. Definitely see an ENT. You need an evaluation. Then the ENT and you can agree on other things such as allergy testing, surgery, etc.

I waited way too long to get a doc to scope in there. I should have called an ENT from the sleep doc's office and made an appointment.

Right now, none of us, including you, know what your nasal passages look like. So the advice you are getting on treatments is guessing.
