Yes if they try to charge yew for the difference, do what I did and call the insurance company. I would think even if yew did sign something, they can't hold yew to it if it isn't legal. They tried screwing with me that way, they may well try it with yew, too. Must be a common DME scam.

I already thought of this. And I have every intention of telling my doctor about my own situation next time I see him.

Fantastic!! Tricare pretty much pays out. We've had no problem. Funny, when we get the telemarketing calls for insurance? My wife just says"I have Tricare"...then "click", they immediately hang up!!
