And to straiten up some confusion im Robby's friend and am agreeing because not that im a loyalist because i acually buy from cpap.com but because i was at his house and witnessed the phone call with cpap.com on one occasion. I figured i would just hop on hear and ring in on this one cause it appears that people have biast opinions based on their own experiences. But heh opinions very from person to person because of the experience.

I'm going to have to agree with SharkBait. I too have purchased from cpap.com and WOW, they were great.
Thanks again to SharkBait for his recommending such an awesome retailer of DME equipment. His keen insight once again served him well and as a result, changed my life for the better. Thank God for SharkBait. Where would we be without him?

I bought a nose mask and a chin strap from cpap.com and returned it with 7 days. It did not work for my face. I tried it for 5 nights and I just did not like it. When cpap.com received it they emailed me back this: "We have received the FlexiFit HC405 Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear -All Sizes (S, L) Included and PURESOM Premier Style Chinstrap in ourfacilities. You stated that you would like to send both back for arefund, however, neither are eligible for return. The return insurancewas declined on the mask and the chinstrap has been opened. Pleaseadvise on how you would like us to proceed. We will hold the packagein our returns department until we hear back from you." I did not know anything about return insurance. Who has ever heard of return insurance. And how do you try out a chin strap without opening it. I want someone to tell me this. I would advise anyone not to try cpap.com. I have never heard of a company that will not allow products to be returned.........

It's funny that you say you have to agree with Robby because under your handle here it says you have also posted as Robby Sanders. What's the deal?

The post above is from the same "Robby Sanders" who was pushing cpapscience.com above. You guys are so busted.
Actions I'm taking on this thread:
1. Laughing
2. Editing out the cpapscience.com link
3. Still chuckling a bit..hehehe

Good move, Johnny. Appreciate it!
Just for grins, I went to "that other site" and WOWZER!!!!! They have fake pix of stock docs on there - versus Johnny's real smiling face here - and their prices are like 2x to 3x what cpap.com sells the same item for.
BOGUS!!!!!!
Hope you newbies are not taken in by the trolls.
BTW, after all the Trolling today (full moon, is it?) I made up a new song. Sung to the tune of Monty Python's "Spam" song:
"Troll, troll, troll, troll..... troll, troll, troll, troll... TROLL! Horrible TROLL!!!!"
LOL,

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.
