Yes ... awsome find Sandman.

So perhaps losing weight to control metabolic syndrome and increase 5-HT to the serotoninergic system which has a central role as a neurobiological substrate underlying impairment in the regulations of mood, sleep-wakefulness cycle, and upper airway muscle tone control during sleep can also help mitigate OSA and depression.

I'm hopeful.
