I called cpapsupply to get a price match before I ordered my smartcard reader. The guy went to the website where I saw the lower price while I was on the phone. He came back and said they wouldn't match because it "appears they are a foreign distributor".

I placed my order with the other guys and had it within 4 days. It was shipped from CA. (No jokes about California being "foreign"!!)

I'm guessing cpapsupply's reply is standard when they don't want to price-match.

IMHO, there are lots of other suppliers out there who won't lie to you...

The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

If ANYONE thinks that they can find an apnea support forum as good as this one - and I don't mean just the members - I mean the allowed freedom of expression and topics - fine and dandy, go there. We'll stay here where we know we are welcome to express ourselves freely (as long as we stay w/in the realm of decency) and discuss subjects verboten on so many other support sites (as long as we stay w/in the realm of decency). LONG LIVE CPAP.COM AND CPAPTALK.COM!!! (and thanks for the business acumen that brought the Goodman's to this point!)

Update on my purchase:
I finally received my pkg today.....took 2 weeks & 1 day.
Apparrantly the first pkg was lost by the shipping company,
so Cpapsupply sent a second pkg, which got here in a timely
manner.
