I much prefer the Innomed Hybrid over the ComfortGel Full Face Mask I started with. I have not had nostril irritation, possibly because the Hybrid comes with 3 sizes of nasal pillows to get the right fit. I cut the plastic tab between the 2 nasal pillows to get a better angle of insertion. The only problem I've had is that sometimes a nasal pillow will pop up.

ANDY99------well you made a GREAT CHOICE!! I'm a side sleeper too and absolutely LOVE my Swift LT. It is always at a zero leak rate and very comfortable, light, and easy to put on and use. It is a wonderful mask--just do not tighten it up too much. The straps need to be a bit loose due to the design of the nasal pillows. You will not be dissappinted at all -----
I just ordered and received the SWIFT LT for her --it actualy came with custom made strap covers for the side straps!! WAHOO!!

Here is an excellent solution for that problem: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=36928&p=322402#p322402

Also, the next time you replace the nasal pillows, try them with the ladies tights and without removing the connecting tab.

I sleep on my back, occasionally on my side, I have great success with the opti-life nasal pilllows with a leak rate of 13.2, well within the acceptable range. I've tried other nasal pillow systems and the opti-life has been great for me. I can't ever imagine going to a nasal mask or going back to ffm.
