I cannot find where to update my profile

I am new to the forum and just registered last night. I wanted to go back and update my profile because I didn't know some of the answers to the questions last night that I could look up today. (Thought my mind might be clearer this morning??) Anyway, I don't know how to get to "update profile".

After you've logged on, go up and click on "user control panel". From there it should be striaghtforward.
