ResMed Escape II Programming

Can anyone tell me how to unlock this machine? I want to chhange pressure but the dealer locked me out and will not tell me how to unlock it. I am sure it is a sequnce of buttone to hold as it is booting or something. Is it explained in the clinicians manual? Can someone email it to me? PM me please. I would be so grateful!

These (down-loadable) instructions should work. They're for the Escape, but all ResMed machines use the same basic keys to enter setup.
