Does anyone have any experiences to share or any advise for a newbie.
Thanks very much for your time.
Welcome to the Hosehead Club! If you'd like to test drive a mask before buying it, there are several "mask test drives" being run by various forum members. I happen to have a Nasal Aire II Mask making the rounds in Canada right now. If you're interested, PM me and I'll put you on the list.

See my links below for more information.

Welcome!

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

nah i never do its just when i run into poor customer service 2 times in a row with different people from the same company im turned off to that company.

I called cpap.com on a couple of occasions and i just had the luck of getting people who were rude and un helpful. Im just the kind of person that is turned away from a business if i recieve poor customer service. now if i would have had someone nicer it would have been different.

The one major thing that i liked the most about http:/www.cpapscience.com was the fact that when i ordered my m series cpap, they delivered it too me and hooked it up and showed me all the basics and what not.

Thats the only down fall that i know of with http://www.cpapscience.com about shipping out of the country. But from what i heard from a newsletter that i recieved from them they are in the process of being able too. But who knows.
