Moving Encore Viewer to New Computer

Post by DrewE » Sun Feb 22, 2009 8:32 pm

Is it possible to successfully move Encore Viewer (ver 1.0.0.003) data from from one computer to another.

viewer or pro? I responded to the pro issue. For viewer there is a post by wulfman in a thread on how the viewer data is stored. You need to read it.

He probably has posted this more than once but here goes -

If you're using Encore Viewer, there would be nothing to "move" because it really doesn't use a "database" as Encore Pro does.

While there's no database, there is data.

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Respironics\EncoreViewe\Data

Is the directory. Looks like each file is just each time you've downloaded from the smartcard.
