Just thought I would get this posted a bit in advance .. Although I did not have my sleep study at CMH, they have been most welcoming! Hope to see any other forum members from our area in attendancce!

Tues, March 24 - 6:30-8:00 PM

This group, sponsored by CMH's Regional Sleep Disorders Center, focuses on education, open discussion, problem-solving, and mutual support. Why clear to Menomonee Falls because I live in Union Grove. That is way to far for me.

If it were a daytime meeting I might try getting lost.

Just bumping this discussion. I received my reminder postcard in the mail yesterday. Our topic will be the PurSleep Aromatherapy!! Brett sent me samples to hand out too.

I am new to this whole process and am still in the sleep study process with severe OSA apparently. I have been very interested in using aroma therapy when I do finally get my machine. I have been discussing it with my wife, because it does effect her too, and there are certain smells that she just cant deal with. Is there a way to get small samples that we both can try to see what she can tolerate? Thanks
