Hi,
I was just recently diagnosed with "NASH" (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and steatofibrosis) - i.e. liver disease. I do have some risk factors such as obesity. I'm now wondering if those low O2 sat levels I had before cpap could have had any effect since I've heard that low O2 sat levels can affect just about every organ in the body. Anyone else have this problem?
Mindy
NASH - anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for the post because I had never heard of it. Sounds like the causes are unknown but oxidative stress (deterioration of cells) inside liver cells was mentioned. As you mentioned low levels of oxygen is a bad thing for the body.

Thanks - I had found lots of web sites but this looks like the best info so far.
