Got my results from the study..

Well i finaly got the results from my sleep study. They are as follows: During the first portion of the study, i slept 173 minutes out of 251 minutes for a sleep efficiency of 70%. REM sleep was not obtained. I had 5 apneas and 160 hypopneas for a total of 165 disordered respitory events. i was having 23 arousals per hour which most were respitory in cause. Minimal oxygen stauration was 82%. During the theraputic portion i slept 125 minutes out of 208 minutes, with REM sleep at 20 minutes. i had only 1 apnea and 11 hypopneas with oxyget saturation at mid 90's. They started me off at 6cm titrated to 12 cm and 11cm they say worked best for me. i cant remember the machiene they perscribed but the mask is ResMed Quattro size large.

Wow. That's a lot of hypopneas with only 5 apneas. Just goes to show though that oxygen saturation can get pretty bad even with hypopneas. I hope things go well for you.
