Battery update -- it appears that Batterygeek has decided to drop it's customer service altogether, so anyone considering their solution for a battery pack may want to think twice.

I have been calling and leaving messages, as well as emails, for weeks. No replies, period. As of this past week-end, they have even removed their phone number from their web site.

Caveat Emptor!
