Problem Peepers

Have any of you noticed a correlation to pressure in the eyes or having problems getting your eyes to focus after you have slept with the cpap machine? My eyes are really gunky in the morning and it takes a few minutes for them to focus after I remove the mask. Can't tell if this is due to allergies or the machine.

I've only had that problem once. I didn't have gunk, but I felt like my eyes weren't focusing well enough. It didn't last long and it only happened once. I did wonder if it was somehow related to the cpap...nice to know it's not just me.

sometimes if you have a leak in the mask the air will blow on the eyes while you sleep. Also, the humidity from the heated humidifier will cause my eyes to gunk up.
