Mirage Active Nasal Mask Eye Leaks

For some reason my Mirage Activa mask is beginning to leak into the eyes! It is very bothersome to say the least!
Usually I can get a good seal for the night, but some nights I fight with the mask all night trying to stop the leaks into my eyes. I have adjusted the forehead support , and the straps, but nothing seems to work. I put on a new cushion to see if that helps and it did for a few days, but the leaks are staring again.
Anybody have an idea what's happening and how to fix it? My eyes can only take so much! Thanks.

This is a very good question, I'm having problems also my eyes are all red and boy do they hurt, Hope someone answers soon for you,
