Your best options would be to register on this site.....listing your equipment in your profile (so we'll know what you're using) and start reading here. Lots of people will "talk" to you.
Lots of masks are cheap junk and won't work for very many people.....but they make money for the DMEs handing them out.
You may need to try a different mask or make adjustments in the way you're wearing it.

Three weeks in, and I just last night slept with my mask on for the 20th time out of 21, and for the first time fell asleep without AmbienCR.

It took until three a.m., but I figure I need to get off that stuff eventually, as it can't be healthy, AND it makes me so unreasonably angry I have several times had to restrain myself from smashing my own possessions.

Granted, I once felt like smashing the mask - but I wasn't using AmbienCR then.

Do keep trying.

I agree with everyone else - you need to shop around and find the mask that you're comfortable with. I've tried a couple others, but find that my UltraMirage works best for me.

That is basically why we are all here and why this site exists... so we can discuss and share our apnea experiences.

Join the forum, fill out your equipment profile and post the details on what your troubles are.

Almost four years ago I had lots of problems using the first cpap masks they gave me.
I found many tips on forums - and info about what has now become my favorite mask.

There is a lot of discussion, every day and several times a day, right here on the forum about problems wearing cpap masks as well as other cpap problems. Going off and talking about it separately in smaller groups means fewer people get to benefit from the discussion. Register here and ask your questions here. You'll get lots of help and you'll help lots more people too.

Hi!
You can get help here.
I had to try a bunch of masks to get one that worked for me. It's worth it to keep trying!!
And if you want to talk about Sleep Apnea, you can do it 24 hours a day, right here. A lot of the posters here are experts on the subject. Let's see what mask you're hating!! Join the forum and post your equipment.

It took me six weeks and six masks to find THE mask for me....got it yesterday and had a great night with it. No leaks, no pressure points, really didn't even feel like I was even wearing one. Getting the right mask in the right size is critical. Like the gang says, what kind of mask are you using? Sometimes all you'll need is to change to a different one.
