If you don't have them, the following are the instructions on how to get into the machine.
I believe the full manual may be in this link:

Thanks so much, This should be very helpful, now he is out of town and will start on this cpap on MMonday, once I get the reading of the machine I will put those up for all to see.
How many days of using it will you be able to tell how he is doing?
I would give it 5 days (nights) to a week. One thing to consider, with regard to the mask and leak numbers, is to have the mask in place BEFORE starting the machine (or before it "auto-starts"). Large leaks from the mask not being in place can screw up the leak statistics.
It can take a few nights to get "settled in" to this therapy.

OK. What EPR setting did you use?
Leak is a LITTLE high, but not real bad. .2 or lower would be better. Did you have the correct mask setting in the machine?
AI is also not bad.....need to get it lower.

Maybe a little more pressure or a lower EPR number would help. (for example, if you used an EPR of "3", maybe try "2")

I don't see EPR on the cpap setting but I do see pressure and it is off. Is that what your talking about?

Hopefully, one of our ResMed "experts" will jump in on this one.
Maybe EPR wasn't available (at all) on the S7/Autospirit. (it's about 4 or more years old)

Here are some settings/masks I had listings for. Maybe it needs to be changed to the "Swift" setting due to the fact that they're both nasal pillows.

Settings - Mask
ULTRA - Ultra Mirage Nasal Mask

MIR FULL - Mirage Full Face Mask
Mirage Full Face Mask Series 2
Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask
ResMed Hospital Full Face Mask

ACTIVA - Mirage Activa Nasal Mask

SWIFT - Mirage Swift Nasal Pillows System

MIRAGE - Mirage Nasal Mask

STANDARD - Mirage Vista Nasal Mask
Modular Nasal Mask
Papillon

I think I'd change the mask setting to "Swift".

So that is the only change to make, the one for the mask?

Well, if you want to bump the pressure up 1 more cm. and see what that does for the next few nights, that would be the only other thing I can think of.

so it is probably an older model that doesn't have EPR and doesn't have swift as an option

is there a S7 somewhere on it? or a S anything?

k - it appears to me your machine was made in 2004 based on the serial number - they started making S8 in 2005 I think - so I expect this is a S7

I am not a resmed person either. Maybe someone will recognize that picture and say what model, but it appears it is older than the information Wulfman assumed.
