Monday Nites sleep results

Mask leaks .16 L/S Up some
Ahi 14.2 Lowest yet !
Ai 3.3 Lowest yet!
Hi 10.9 Lowest yet!

I tried a taller pillow and loosened mask straps a hair. I wonder if taller pillow verses flat pillow previously helped out my numbers . I have been sleeping on my back since i started cpap..Normally i slept on my stomach before.

Im very happy with my numbers the only bother i have now is the red spot on my upper lip. I think air must be leaking there and causing sorta a wind burn? I guess? I feel more energetic now the last 2 days , whitch i love.

You're doing great! Sleeping on your back may be part of your problem. Back sleeping seems to make apnea worse. Can you try sleeping on your side for a few nights to see if it helps?
