Just makes sense. Good sleep/Adequate sleep is recuperative for all of our biological systems. Sleep deprivation/interrupted sleep takes its toll on our psychological and physiological systems.

I was wondering about that! I usually get colds a few times a year. But I haven't had a single cold since I started cpap about a half year ago. My only problem had been with my allergies. Seems to be pretty bad this year for me. Fortunately, the constant blowing in my nose seems to clear up my sinus. An added bonus without having to use much medication.
