You can go through either a DME that is "in network", or go through one out. Going through one out of network, your out of pocket cost will be more (they only re-emburse 80% out), plus the time to fill out the form (available on http://www.fepblue.org)and mail it in, but you are assured of getting what you want/need. My initial setup was in-network, but the last few years, I've been going out, using our wonderful supporters here. There are some good DMEs out there, and if you find them, then more power to you. It's all about educating yourself, and going from there.
