95% Pressure higher on Bi-Level Auto than on Auto

Post by Bluebonnet_Gal » Thu Jan 15, 2009 8:39 am

I've noticed that my 95th percentile pressure since I started Bi-Level Auto is higher than when I was on standard Auto PAP.

I ran a report for the 6 nights I've been on bi-level and as a comparison, a report for the last 6 nights I was on Auto. On Bi-level, my 95th percentile is 19.3. On the standard Auto PAP, my 95th percentile pressure was 17.9. My Bi-level machine is the ResMed VPAP Auto 25. My Auto machine was the ResMed S8 Vantage Auto.

I posted my Bi-Level statistics report here:

My Auto-PAP statistics report is posted here:

Is this normal? Do I need to get my current machine's pressure rate checked? It is a brand new machine (shows 43 hours logged and those are all my hours).
