I don't think I have 5 things to report yet but here are the changes I am feeling... before CPAP I struggled to get to sleep at night and I woke up often, I couldn't get my mind to calm down I thought and thought and thought..
Now with CPAP:
1. I feel like i get to sleep quicker.
2. I sleep most of the night without waking.
3. My mind is no longer racing with endless thoughts.
I have only been using a CPAP machine for 45 days but I am averaging at least 8 hours of compliance each of those nights. I am still tired in the late afternoons and waiting for the more energy part to kick-in. Maybe I have to wait out the lost-sleep catch-up phase before I see an increase in energy. I am willing to wait..
