MoneyGal - I completely agree with you about the smell.. it smells awful. Unfortunately, most of these foam products have a funky stench to them. Thankfully, it seems to dissipate rather quickly.

Just looked on my cost sheet for the pillows and my cost is $45 (+shipping from my supplier), so $79.99 isn't too too bad. I think I sold the ones here for $74.99. Glad to hear they work well, I'll probably end up ordering one for myself soon

I've been using the SleePAP pillow. It seems to be a high quality pillow, but I don't think it helps much in terms of mask interference.

Like RG I have the papillow and LOVE it! I even take it with me when I travel! It feels like a regular pillow but it allows the mask to sort of hang over the edge. Have had it a couple of years now and it's good as new.
