I think it would help. Now let's get on with the Encore problem. Is there an error msg?
Check under Preferences > System Settings - my guess is it's not set for USB??

LOL thanks Gumby! I am having issues with Encore Pro. My Encore Viewer is working just fine.

Lemme post a separate thread with the details in case anybody else has some input ...
