Quick leak question

Ok after watching for a few day, I am only using the LCD screen my resmed is showing a leek rate of .06 is that good or bad. I thought I was mouth breathing but after seeing that maybe I am not. I know my mask is getting bad and I am going to get a new one. I have to have it really tight to keep it from leaking. It is almost a year old. But seeing those numbers maybe I do not need to go to a full face? Any thoughts?

if the flow/leak graph/chart for the mask that is in the menu matches that for your mask then that is EXCELLENT
