Got my Aussie heated hose wet

Post by Guest » Mon Dec 29, 2008 12:38 pm

I washed my Aussie heated hose last night and used the original instructions for washing (rubber band plastic baggie around one end and pour gentle soap water into other end, slosh, and rinse). During the process, parts of my heated hose cover got splashed but not sopping wet. I have it hung up to air dry. Do you think that I damaged anything or should I just go ahead and use it tonight?

Thanks for your help.

I've had something similar happen a few times - my hose is 3 years old, and working.
You won't know about yours till you try it...

Should be fine but make sure it's completely dry before using.
