Two giveaways:
One brand new sealed comfortgel medium nasal mask with headgear.
Second is a slighty used Swift LT with large cushion only (cushion is unused - you dont get my used medium and the dog ate the small). - you find your own small or medium cushion.
You should not have insurance and need to cover shipping on these items.
