Swift LT Pillow Problem

Post by Treesap » Fri Dec 19, 2008 4:16 pm

I've been in love with the Swift LT for the last several months (please don't tell my husband ). All of a sudden, it kept leaking air in to my eye last night. I must have reseated the pillow about 7 times last night. I'm thinking the nasal pillows must be breaking down. My leak rate was .16, which it has never been that high.

Anyone else experience this? I'm asking because I never had this problem wiht my Optilife pillows. It is not because of anything on the pillows as I wash them every day.

I have a size large Swift LT pillows which have never bene used. Does anyone want to trade my large for a medium?

I think your pillows are breaking down. This is pretty much how my NAII prongs go. They start developing little leaks that aren't cured by a good wash and a vinegar/water soak.

Try washing and soaking it, if you still get leaks, get a new pillow.

Cheers,
Babs

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

my LT pillows have been doing the same thing, right now it just takes a few minutes to adjust before going to sleep, im thinking I'll replace them on sunday (my deep cleaning day).
