I don't have the card reader and software, but I have been tracking my results every day for a week in a spreadsheet. See my results below.
My machine is currently set for a min of 8 and a max of 20. Any thoughts on adjusting the min and max? Yesterday (12-18) I woke to my alarm clock and found I had slept through the night without waking once (VERY RARE for me). Last night, I had a more restless night and I see my AHI level is higher.

Hi Gail,
The picture is so big it gets cut off at the right side.
And let us know if you showing the average pressure under "Press" or Resmed's recommended 95%.

I'm sorry the picture is so big - I'm not very good with photobucket. I tried a clickable thumbnail first, but it was too small to read and nothing happened when I clicked it, so I edited my post and just put in the big picture. It is all showing up on my computer - HI Is the last column.
The averages at the bottom are just the averages of the daily readings for the week. As I stated, I don't have the software, so what you see is all that I have so far.

If you go to "Post a Reply", even if you are not going to put a reply you get more of her data if you scroll down the thread while you are there.
Doing that I got the AHI as well. I think you should raise youir minimum pressure. Can you refresh me about your titrated pressure? It MAY give more information that will help with a suggested minimum pressure increase.

I'm really new to this and still learning, so not quote sure what pressure you're asking for. My sleep study indicated an optimal pressure of 14.
Is there any advantage to lowering the maximum pressure on an Auto-PAP?

There is usually no real advantage in lowering the upper pressure. That depends on other things that I don't think you need to be thinking about right now.
With a titrated pressure of 14 (your optimum pressure is then your titrated pressure probably).
You are currently at a setting of 8 cm to 20 cm, and a titrated pressure of 14 (it sounds like), your minimum should be raised for sure. Without software it is better to raise it slowly because we don't have detailed data.
I would raise the minimum to 9 cm for a few nights and see what the data looks like. I would then raise it to 10cm for few nights. Eventually your minimum may need to be raised again but you should do it gradually. Leave the maximum pressure at 20 cm for now. Maybe you could post this information again after a few days with a minimum of 9 cm. You will probably see your AHI go down gradually and that's what you want to see happen. Any AHI under 5 is considered adequate therapy. Many people feel better if it is lower than the 5.
I would suggest you try this.
Are you planning to get software and reader?

That's great! Then we can really see the details of your therapy. If you post it, as you did this data, there are people here who can help you really monitor your therapy and get it set so it works well for you!

Thanks for the tip, Hawthorne, I can see the whole picture now!
I don't have a Resmed, never had, by I believe you get both average pressure and 95% pressure from the screen.
