Rotation

Post by snork1 » Mon Jul 18, 2005 9:54 pm

just more justification for "mask rotation". Strictly opinion, but I just don't think the human body is made for irritation of ANY sort in EXACTLY the same spot day after day, year after year. I know I have done a number of sports over the years and find you can indeed to permanent deformation of the human body with repeated wear or pressure points.

I also agree with the statement about the Nasalaire, except it should be pointed out it WILL fit SOME people, which explains why there is such a wide variance in experiences with that interface.

I also agree that the larger CAN be better due to better sealing with less pressure, of course if outside the nares, and the larger size can distribute the same force over a larger area, which actually reduces the pressure.
