Having had a few dealings with them & Becky - they rate as one of the best such auction places I have had to deal with.

Very very reasonable - more so than trying to deal with eBay
(paypal have always come to the party for me so I rate paypal as good thus far)

Cheers

It's true we do waive fees in the event a winner reneges on payment. Here's the policy:

Technically, if the auction partners mutually agree to withdraw from a transaction, as I was suggesting Nealbopper should try, we don't have to waive fees, but we would in most cases and I certainly would for Nealbopper's seller since I made the suggestion. The policy was written to prevent abuse, not to bleed fees out of sellers.

24 hours prior to winning i contacted the seller to tell him I couldn't go through with the sale. He never got back with me. I won the auction, (i was the only bidder) and contacted him again to say. "well i won", let me know what i need to do. Still nothing. Thing is, I think it would be smart to have one around for a spare so i could purchase the CPAP if the seller wanted to. (had to pass it by the boss first)Told the seller that but syill haven't heard from them. So now i am confused.

Yep, cpapauction is really flexible and fair when winning bidders back out or don't pay. As a cpapaction seller, I've had this happen a few times, and I let Becky know, and she credits my account for the selling fee.
