First night on FFM ;)

Post by skittles » Wed Dec 17, 2008 8:19 am

I finally got a FFM for those night when I cannot breath through my nose

I must say, it was wonderful!!! I got the F&P Flexifit 431 and it fit perfectly -- if there is one thing negative I can say, it is that the exhale port did tend to blow into my left eye when sleeping on that side, but hey, I just rolled over.

It was so nice to sleep and not worry about the tape coming off, lip fluttering, etc. I got the mask on cpapauction new (still in sealed packaging) for only 49.99, plus the seller included another "used" mask, and told me if I did not want it, just toss it -- not want it???? I sterilized the thing and am keeping it. Cpap auction rocks, especially for those of us who are paying for this out of pocket. At least I will be able to deduct it from my taxes.

It was nice to sleep with my mouth wide open, breathing so much better than through my nose --

It was very comfortable too -- can you tell I am happy??

Take Care
