Has anyone gotten the above error message on EncoreViewer? It's not letting me look at my data for more than say... a week back. Anyone know anything about this?

Yep. I get that message almost every time I download my card into Viewer. I don't know what causes it, but the solution is to delete yourself as a user and then re-add yourself.......then it will download.

It IS downloading, the problem is I get the error message when I try to show the data record of several nights/weeks together.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish.ciounoi wrote:It IS downloading, the problem is I get the error message when I try to show the data record of several nights/weeks together.
Are you erasing your card periodically?
Are you printing the downloads.....like with CutePDF?
I don't erase my cards (during the year). I start each year with a freshly erased one and use it for the whole year. When I download the card, I can see the whole history for the year.....although, only the most current 7 nights, are "detailed" data.

Re: an entry with the same key already exists
I get the same error message as ciounoi, whenever I try to use the Encore Viewer calendar to look at older data. I knew the older data would be only "compliance" junk, but was curious to see how the little calendar thingies work in Viewer.
When I kept getting that error message, I attributed it to the fact that I also have Encore Pro, and whenever I've done a download with Viewer and am finished looking at it in Viewer, I usually download the same data again with Encore Pro.
I have Encore Pro set to erase my card after each download. I figured that since I prefer to let the card be erased by Encore Pro, that's why Viewer can't find the older compliance data...it's not on the card anymore.
Any "current" download has always gone fine with Viewer and the report comes up as expected. Older detailed data wouldn't appear anyway if enough time had gone by (a week or less) of using the card. I'm not interested in "compliance" (hours of use) data, so I never really thought much more about the calendar thingie in Viewer.
