respironics smart card how much data does it hold?

Hi, so does this smart card in my respironics machine (it's a M Series AutoPAP) only hold 6 sessions of information at a time? I'm frustrated because it seems to be writing over sessions I want to see which are the night time sessions. Since I take ALOT of naps those are counted as sessions and the data is meaningless to me since I don't nap more than 20 minutes at a time. I'm so damned tired I need to know why. My AHI was below 1 for a long time now seems to be around 1.5. I don't know why it seems to be up. Do you guys think you could help me if I find a way to post up the screens from the Encore software?

Also I was wondering if you all continuously track your therapy? I mean, how often do you download your card and look at the data? I'm wondering about people who have been at this a while?

I don't nap - I download when I feel like it - new mask might be daily - otherwise I might not download for a week or more - if I lose it so what right now

the card holds 3 sessions per day for a total of 7 sessions - it holds many days more worth of compliance data - close to a year's worth some of us have found on the tanks -

That is a good idea I'll try to take it out when I take a nap. I'm usually getting there just before I completely collapse.

I take my card out in the morning and get the data on my computer. It stays out of the machine all day so that, if I have a nap, the data is not recorded -although I do use the machine if I nap. I don't care about the nap data.

It's part of my routine at bedtime to put the card in or check to see if it is in the machine. Sometimes, when I wake from a nap (if I have a nap I just have 1 a day), I put it in ready for the night so I just check when I put my mask on at bedtime to make sure it is there.
