Howdy All,
I previously posted sample Devilbiss SmartLink reports. Recently someone close to me was diagnosed with OSA and chose an IntelliPAP Auto. Here are, posted with permission and by request, SmartLink results "in the wild".

Also, the user requests and welcomes any CPAPtalk armchair comments. IMHO, the leak rate is a little on the high side but the AHI is pretty good. This data was recorded with an IntelliPAP Auto + HC406. The user also has a Swift LT for Her available and it'll be interesting to see the data between the two masks.

Was that really the first night with xpap? Looks great! I think given some time and maybe a bit of mask tweaking, the leak could come down, but it isn't awful as it is. If it were me I'd leave everything just as it is for now. Take time to let yourself adjust to all of this. "The User" is doing wonderfully, Keep up the good work!!

Does the person plan to try a range of pressures, or does he/she plan to keep using it set for one pressure .... 9 for the minimum pressure, 9 for the maximum pressure?

Tagging onto RG's comment, one way to reduce leaks is to keep the pressure as low as possible. If the titration says 9 for the high, a 6 for the low might find that pressure level in between the events and leak rate drop overall.

It's going to be okay in the end; if it's not okay, it's not the end.

Howdy,
Thank you for the replies!
Currently, we're planning for "the user" to finish this week on the strait pressure for a number of reasons:
1. The software says its working and we are monitoring daily for any change.
2. The mask is effective AHI wise, but comfort is still an issue. That's the next tweak.
3. The user recently had a loved on suffer a stroke. Stress often can impact sleep. Changing effective equipment now is bad timing.
When everything settles, I plan on suggesting a change to 7 - 12 and monitoring that closely via software. I will post that data up when I've got it.
Thank you all again for your helpful replies. I've seen 100 threads like this, but never from "this side" of the fence. It is a helpful experience for me.
