I only see those leak peaks when I mouth leak - I know I do because it wakes me up with a painfuly dry mouth. I wonder if you're not opening your mouth in an attempt to breathe when the pressure is not enough - have you considered raisning teh min. by 0.5?

O.
Hmmm - seems unlikely - I have a new brand of chinstrap that is very tight (possibly too tight). My min pressure is currently 9.0 and AHI around 0.9-1.5; I'll try raising it to 9.5. With Respironics M-series apap I needed a straight pressure of 13 to get my OAs down.

Thanks,
Mindy

edited to add: Those peaks always tend to come later in the night when I'm tossing & turning .... tends to temporarily dislodge my nasal pillows.
