Dreams similar to what?
If you were having "terror" types of dreams, your therapy may not have been effective. Many/most people report having more "good" dreams after they start on CPAP therapy.

I have lots of good dreams on my PAP treatment ... but I stalk them that way
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

If I wake up needing to go to the bathroom I darn well better get up and do it right then because if I go back to sleep I'll find a weird place to do it in my dreams, even if it's just a slop jar or a men's bathroom. Not pleasant to wake up to! Guess that's what you call a dream meeting reality. Other than that my profuse cpap dreams are a progression of pleasant experiences.
