63 apneas, why?

Post by Eleena » Sun Nov 30, 2008 12:58 pm

I'll admit, I don't look at my data as much as I used to. I checked it this morning and was quite shocked. On Nov. 1, I had 63 apneas. I typically have 0-3 a night. I haven't been sick(knock on wood). I am not going to change my pressure based on one night because every night since then has been fine. Just wondering what would cause this. Thanks.

what has it done since?

What was the pressure doing the night of the 63 apneas?
What was the leak rate seen?
someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...

My pressure is 10-14. Every night since then only 0-3 apneas per night. Leak rate is fine.

Bad night? We all have them. Something stressful that day? Eating too close to bedtime? Serious mask leaks? You're right not to change anything based on one night.

The only suggestion I have is to check the data little more often, at least for a while.
