It appears to me that this is pretty much a cross section of life.
We have PollyAnna to junkyard dog,
righteous indignation to "belly-laugh" keep it coming,
dictatorship to "..we don't need no stink'n badges!"

Yes, RG, looks like a dose of human nature to me.

Open forum, seems to be working as it should.

how are you getting out your front door everyday??

Please don't misunderstand. I laughed because it was so shocking to hear such vulgarity out of someone who I have witnessed many times taking the time to help newbies. I pictured poor Snoredog on one of his two nights (he has stated here that he goes two nights without sleep and then catches up on the third night)without sleep and on his last nerve when he assumed that yet another newbie was "the dean" starting a flame war. Listen, lots of things strike me as funny when I'm exhausted. I think all of us hoseheads come to this forum for support, encouragement, information and, yes, entertainment.

I didn't mean to encourage or endorse bad behaviour, but how many of us have lost it because we are so tired? Hopefully we don't do it on a public forum.

Snoredog, sweetie, I hope you slept well last night and are in good form today. BTW, did you track the IP address of that peson before you slammed him? Was it "the dean"?

well said carbonman -- as usual!!!!

Many of us have issues beyond our OSA; some seek treatment, some don't.
Before seeking treatment the condition must be recognized and acknowledged - personally, I'm workin' on mine!!!!
RG is absolutely correct in her human nature observation -- I've always said, "It takes all kinds to make the world go around". I have a friend that retorts, "It's just that we have all kinds".......

I particularly like my present signature (I change it all the time, so......).
We must try to never lose sight of our humanness!!!! It's supposed to be why we've become the higher life form that we take credit for being......
(I tend to give whales and dolphins a lot of credit!!! They were smart enough to stay in the water!!!! )

Take care
cheers

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?

I'll take a Whopper, too, but hold the onion, and add extra pickle and mustard. Also, ditch the Cherry Coke and give me a regular Coke, or maybe a Dr. Pepper!

......see...SEE...this is another problem w/the forum.....

jokers and hi-jackers......

An innocent newbie tries to make a serious point and
the intent is taken out of context and
jock-u-larity ensues.

Carbonman, you started this! Now that you've all gotten it out of your systems and your cholesterol levels are off the charts, can we get back to the subject at hand?(LOL). You all gave me a good laugh, thanks! Dori

Yeah, apneasupport.org is a moderated forum. The moderators will troll you too, not just the "peon" posters. At least when you get trolled here, it isn't by a moderator.
