I am in a rosacea flare. I wash with a coconut-based soap (not just the scent) and use these facial towelettes afterwards https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07 ... UTF8&psc=1. On lazy nights, I just use the face wipes as they are excellent at removing facial oils. Coconut is antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral, not as powerful as drugs, but I avoid drugs whenever possible.

In the evening, several hours before mask-on, and in the morning, I use this cream. It has made a huge difference in managing my rosacea. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00 ... UTF8&psc=1. Much better results for me than the cortisone-based creams I was prescribed when I first developed rosacea many years ago.

I had rosacea before becoming a hosehead and my flares do not appear to be related to my CPAP therapy.
