which apap to buy??

I m from Delhi, India, wants to buy apap. There r so many brands/models available on cpap.com. Can any user advise me to which brand/model should I go for?

Any of the three that have software should be fine. If you are sensitive to central apneas ... the Sandman may be your better choice. If you you are not and think you may prefer exhalation relief, the Respironics M-series w/AFLEX or the ResMed Autoset II will work. Regardless .. you should strongly consider getting the appropriate software for the machine you end up with.

I would concur w/DreamStalker: The Covidien Sandman Auto, Resmed S8 II Autoset or the Respironics M Series Auto.
