BIpap Help. Urgent!

I just got a Bipap pro 2 with heated humidifier today. I turn it on to use it and after about a minute, an alarm goes off and it gives me a C201 alert. Any ideas what this is and how I can fix it?

here is a link to your user manual, try removing the smart card, it should still work without it. if that fixes the problem, the card may be bad or may not be in all the way. it also looks like the unit could be failing, the guide says to unplug it, plug it back in and see if it happens again. if so, contact your DME tomorrow
