Hello
I am born the tropics.......Hot all year round wet or dry. I have been living in the temperate climate in Australia in more then 20 yrs. I am in Melbourne, I find winter hard to cope with, the long dark hours and the constant chilliy conditons. I find winter too cold most the time as I more used to warmer temperatures and sometime is too cloudy for most the year.
Spring is better, but can be cold in mornings as I am often on the move early in the day. I like the sunshine and the warmth of sun but the cold south wind is questionable. Autumm is not so bad, but it gradually get darker and darker......depression starts to set in I start stay in bed longer and longer as it getting colder and colder.
As tropics got it's cloudy days.....but it doesn't last long. Better known as "moonsoons equatour weather" It has it storms and quickly disprises as fast as it came. Or it can last for hours -days but the enviorment is hot, muggy and humid.......if it an't the moonsoon period, it is hot and dry.
Been hot you get up earlier.....an been bright earlier u can easily get cracking with you routine even thou you retire late! Cpap in tropics.....no need for humidfier, already humid enough!
SAD, sleeping too much
