Weight loss helps some people with there sleep apnea it sure helps mine but loosing the weight and keeping it off
is a bit of a problem. Having said that I saw one of our members here who after losing a lot of weight had to increase
there pressure setting. I also have a female friend who after losing ~80lbs had to have another sleep study where
here pressure was changed from 12cm to 16cm so weight loss sure didn't help her. In my reading I came upon an article
that reported early brain damage may be behind a lot of sleep apnea.
Can Sleep Apnea Be Cured By Diet and Exercise?
